Kailash Mansarover
Situated in the Western Himalayan ranges of Tibetan Autonomous Region, the 6638m tall diamond shaped Mount Kailash (also Kailāsa) and the largest freshwater Lake Mansarovar (also Manas Sarovar) are the source of great energy and mental peace for mankind. Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar are reserved as the most sacred places in Hindu, Jain, Bodh and Bon religions. Every year during the months of May to October, a large number of devotees and adventure seekers travel here from all over the world.

Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Pashupati, and is located in
Kathmandu, Nepal near the Bagmati River. This is currently the largest temple
in the world as well as one of the Oldest Temple. This temple was classified as
a World Heritage Site in 1979.

Uttar Pradesh, India. Nepalgunj is 153 kilometers south-west of Ghorahi and 16

is the administrative headquarters of Humla District of Karnali Zone in the
mountain region of northwestern Nepal. Simikot lies on an ancient
trade-cum-pilgrimage route to Mount Kailash. Mount Kailash is located in the
Purang County of the Tibetan Autonomous Region, China, which borders Humla
district of Nepal to the north.

Lake Mansarovar also called Mapam Yumtso locally, is a high altitude freshwater lake fed by the Kailash Glaciers The lake along with Mount Kailash to its north are sacred sites in four religions : Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism and Bön.

Village poetically known as Darchen, Tarchan or Taqin is a former Bhutanese
enclave, currently is the People's Republic of China. Darchen is situated right
in front of the sacred mountain, Mount Kailash. It is the starting and ending
point point for the parikrama/kora of Mount Kailash.
Dirapuk

Puk is located right in front of the great view of the North face of Kailash.
This side of Kailash looks impressive. The North face is a steep cliff usually
covered with snow. There are three important mountains surrounding Kailash. You
can see them from Dira Phuk.
